The ceremony is planned for June 15, on the occasion of the entry into force of the Kosovo constitution.
Clinton, Albright and Clark were instrumental in the bombings of Serbia in 1999, which led to the retreat of the Yugoslav army and police from Kosovo.
The bombings were coordinated with the Albanian separatist guerilla - the Kosovo Liberation Army - headed by today's Kosovo Prime minister Hashim Thaci.
