Although they did not give formal explanations for the move, it is yet another clear sign of Serb refusal to participate in the Kosovo institutions.
They had been boycotting the Kosovo Customs Service since Pristina declared its unilateral secession on February 17.
Serbs have also to a large extent quit the Kosovo Police Service, demanding to be placed under direct UN control.
