Serbia vetoes final document of Balkans summit over Kosovo
Serbia’s Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic has vetoed the final document of the summit of Southeastern Europe in the Bulgarian resort Pomorje since it suggested the treatment of Kosovo as an independent state.

Jeremic also prevented Skender Hyseni to speak to the summit as a "Kosovo Foreign affairs minister", insisting that he speaks as Unmik representative.
In Southeastern Europe, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Turkey have recognized Kosovo's secession, while Romania, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece and Montenegro have not.
