Both Kosovo Serbs displaced in central Serbia and those still living in their homes in the province will have the right to vote.
Kosovo Serbs will also vote in Serbian parliamentary elections.
The total number of polling stations in Kosovo is 157, organized in all areas populated by Serbs, but also by the Gorani community in southwestern Kosovo.
The Kosovo Serbs aim to elect local representatives, but also to create their own assembly, in defiance of the ethnic Albanian opposition in Pristina.
Pristina, which unilaterally proclaimed a secession in mid-February but does not effectively control Serb areas, said it would "ignore" Serbian elections.
