Head of Islamic community of Serbia against Kosovo’s secession
The mufti of Serbia Muhamed Jusufspahic has voiced his opposition to Kosovo’s unilateral secession at the 20th Conference of the High Assembly of Islamic affairs in Cairo, which provoked the fury of the president of the Islamic community of Macedonia Sulejman Rexhepi, an ethnic Albanian.

The High Assembly in Cairo refrained from recognizing Kosovo's secession after Jusufspahic's warnings.
Not a single Arab country has recognized Kosovo's secession so far and only five out 57 members of the Organisation of Islamic Conference have done so (Afghanistan, Turkey, Senegal, Malaysia and Albania).
