"There is no secret plan of the state of Serbia for Kosovo's division. At the moment, this is an explanation which is being used in the international public in order to explain the newly arisen situation in Kosovo," Tadic said.
According to him, by strengthening its institutional presence in Kosovo, the state of Serbia is simply trying to ensure as many ties as possible with the Serbs that are living in the province and to make their life easier.
