Japan recognizes Kosovo, Libya refuses
Japan has become the 28th state to recognize Kosovo’s unilateral secession, after a weeks-long pressure campaign by Washington on Tokyo.

Libya, on the other hand, said it will not recognize Kosovo's secession.
Libyan Foreign minister Abdelaati el Obedi urged the continuation of talks on Kosovo's status and underlined Tripoli did not believe in imposed solutions.
