Albania: We will fight against possible Serbian embargo on Kosovo
Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha said in Brussels on Wednesday that Tirana would fight against possible Serbian embargo on Kosovo in the case of a unilateral declaration of independence of Pristina.

"We are getting ready to help Kosovo in the case of a Serbian embargo and we will coordinate with the EU and NATO to downplay its effects", Berisha said.
"This embargo will surely hurt Albanians in Kosovo ... it's an ugly move by Serbia and we are calling on Belgrade not to take such steps", the Prime minister said.
Albania, which says it will be among the first countries to recognize a unilateral independence of Kosovo, has provided logistical and diplomatic support for Pristina in the last several years.
