Bulgaria: We will not be among the first countries to recognize Kosovo
Bulgaria will not be among the countries that will immediately recognize Kosovo when it declare unilateral independence, President Georgi Parvanov said on Sunday.

"Bulgaria is working on a coherent European position on the matter," Parvanov said.
He added that Sofia aims to have a united stand of all EU members because the Kosovo status resolution must guarantee regional stability.
