Serb Peter Ivanovic (9) was beaten around midday while on his was way to school, the release said late on Monday.
The Kosovo Office requested from the international community to find and punish those responsible for instigating and perpetrating this and earlier attacks.
“We want to remind everybody of the fact that there have been several grenade attacks on Serb children over the past few days and that the perpetrators of these crimes have not yet been identified and punished. We are demanding from the international community to ensure a normal childhood for all children in Kosovo, to keep them safe from living in an atmosphere of hatred, violence and fear,” the release said.
