De Gucht does not exclude new talks on Kosovo
Belgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht said on Tuesday in Brussels that conditions for new talks on Kosovo had not been met yet, but did not exclude such a possibility “after Serbian presidential elections and new proposals from the Serbian side”.

"There are no conditions for new talks at this point of time (...) whether these conditions will be met after the presidential elections in Serbia and new proposals from the Serbian side is a question which should be asked to Belgrade", the Belgian minister said.
Jeremic called for new talks and a "fresh dialogue which could bring a negotiated solution".
