Grubjesic pointed out that the Serbian government appointed Dejan Pavicevic as technical negotiator on Thursday, adding that Belgrade launched earlier an initiative to open a dialog at the highest political level with Pristina.
"After President of Serbia ( Tomislav Nikolic ) visit New York, it will be more clear in what format and how the dialog will be conducted," Grubjesic said.
When it comes to the EU, she stresed that "our next chance is March, June and then December 2013."
"As far as we are concerned, we want to get a date for the beginning of negotiations as soon as posible," she told the press on the sidelines of the 2nd Belgrade Security Forum.
Serbia's EU progres is being slowed down by political and internal reform conditions and the situation the country is in, the deputy prime minister said.
"We have to work on two tracks. In political terms - to solve our problems with Pristina, but our internal reforms that have to be implemented are of no leš importance," she noted.
Grubjesic underlined that judicial reform has to be carried out - this time the real one - and added it is important that the fight against organized crime and corruption goes to court soon.
