Analysts in Pristina are expecting a low turnout in local elections on November 15 due to voter dissatisfaction with corruption and other problems of inefficiency.

"Political dissatisfaction, inefficiency of political parties, a public assessment that an individual vote does not have any strength, massive political corruption", are just some of the problems which might result in low turnout, analysts said.

They said voters are disinterested as the elections are falling in the shadow of Kosovo's UDI.
