"It is logical to expect ICJ to schedule a hearing for February or March next year, and to state its advisory opinion three months later", Professor of international law Tibor Varadi, who was a representative of Serbia before the ICJ in a dispute with Bosnia-Herzegovina, said.

The deadline for submission of comments to the International Court of Justice in The Hague regarding submissions of other countries in the process of seeking the advisory opinion on legality of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo expired at midnight Friday.
