Bogdanovic was due to visit Ranilug and several other villages where kindergardens financed by his ministry were planned to be built, while Djordjevic was due to visit a reconstructed house of a returnee in Korminjane, the ministry said.

The procedure of announcing the visit was honored in due time in line with an agreement with the UN and EU, the release says.

Condemning the decision of Kosovo interim authorities the ministry said it violates the fundamental human rights, expecially the right to freedom of movement and demonstrates that the secessionist institutions respect human rights in words only.

The ministry intends to request from the UN and EU to secure the freedom of movement for members of all ethnic groups in Kosovo, the release says.
