KPS spokesman Arber Beka told said that MP's were banned from entering Kosovo due to disrespect of procedure.
Any official delegation intending to visit Kosovo must apply for permission to the Foreign Ministry, which then forwards the application to the Interior Ministry, which then informs the police of the arrival of the delegation on a set date, he said.
