Pristina will seek abolishing of UNMIK mission
Kosovo's Foreign Minister Skender Hiseni said on Monday that he will ask, at the United Nations (UN) Security Council session dedicated to Kosovo, the abolishment of the UNMIK mission "because it practically has no authority and because the European Union mission in Kosovo is now active".

He said Pristina will continue cooperating closely with the UN, he said, but in a completely different form than with the UNMIK so far.
"The UNMIK mission is outdated because it has transferred to the institutions of Kosovo and the EU mission EULEX almost all its mandates, and it consequently serves no purpose", Hiseni said.
