United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon said stability in Kosovo was preserved with “silent diplomacy

"We have managed to avoid a potentially explosive situation through a silent diplomacy," Ban at a press conference.
"EULEX has already been deployed in Kosovo without any incident. I am confident that we can proceed with further reconfiguration of the UN mission in Kosovo through full cooperation with all parties and in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the Security Council," he said.
