The poll did not include members of the Kosovo Serb community.

The DPK has the support of 43 percent of voters, while the Democratic Union of Kosovo of President Fatmir Sejdiu is credited with 27 percent.

Ramush Haradinaj's opposition Alliance for the Future of Kosovo is credited with 18 percent.

Kosovo Albanians see Sejdiu as the most trusted politician, ahead of former Prime Minister Agim Ceku, Haradinaj and Thaci.

The leader of the "Self-determination" movement Albin Kurti is fifth and the EU Representative Pieter Feith is sixth.

The polled Kosovo Albanians have called for "close" relationship with Albania, Turkey, Macedonia, Montenegro and Slovenia, for "slightly distant" relations with Bulgaria and Greece, and for "very distanced" relations with Serbia.
