Many Albanians still fill the lines outside the office of the Serbian Interior Ministry, which issues Serbian passports, only a couple of kilometers from Pristina (in Gracanica), the Pristina-based daily Koha Ditore reported.
The daily said that since February this year the Serbian government has issued over 17,000 biometric passports in Kosovo.
This represents the continuation of the practice according to which, since 1999, 250,000 Serbian passports were issued in Kosovo, the daily said.
