The decision was made by consensus at the General Committee, said Yeves, who added that the final decision on the agenda will be made at UN General Assembly's plenary session on Friday.
Serbia's initiative that the UN General Assembly requests the advisory opinion of the ICJ should be discussed in the scope of issues concerning "the promotion of justice and international law," but the date when it could be discussed is not known yet.
