Spanish foundation calls on EU and US to withdraw their recognition of Kosovo

This is stated in the report called "Georgia: Kosovo takes its tall", signed by the former president of the UN Antiterrorist Committee and former ambassador in Washington, Javier Rupérez, who suggests that NATO and the EU should "define a game board as it was before Kosovo's recognition" and that "it could be Spain bringing forward these proposals".

According to the FAES report, a foundation presided by former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar, in order to do this, Spain counts on its own authority as one of the few European countries that haven't recognized Kosovo's independence.

"The violation of Serbia's territorial integrity on the grounds of ethnic criteria was a serious mistake", Aznar himself said at a conference in Turin.
