Belgrade top officials do not share this view and claim that the agreement is a guarantee of the prosperity for citizens in the future, he said.
Nedeljkovic reiterated that the agreement on the normalisation of the relations with Pristina is detrimental because it does not guarantee the minimum conditions for the survival of Serbs in the province.
He noted that the agreement reached in Brussels on April 19 is not based on the Serbian Constitution which is why the Constitutional Court needs to decide on its validity, and also assess the constitutionality of all the agreements reached in the dialogue with Pristina.
Nedeljkovic called on councillors of the four northern KiM municipalities to ask for explanations to all conflicting issues when Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic comes to Kosovo for a visit on Sunday, May 12.
Kosovo Serbs do not have a second government and country, and the Republic of Serbia needs to know that it does not have replacement Serbs in Kosovo, he said.
The joint session of councillors of Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo, comprising Kosovska Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zubin Potok and Zvecan, is also attended by representatives of Serb municipalities from other parts of the province and the officials of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo.
During the session, councillors need to assume a stand on the implementation of the Brussels agreement after the talks between representatives of KiM districts with Serbian officials.
After the meeting, Vucic stated that representatives of Serbs to the south of the Ibar River accept the Brussels agreement while representatives of northern KiM Serbs are still opposing its implementation.
