The councilors believe that this is a political and forced agreement which is not based on the constitutional-legal system of Serbia, and therefore should not be implemented.
The conclusions, which were read by Zubin Potok Municipal President Stevan Bozovic, said: "The one who assumes the responsibility to implement the Brussels agreement in a short term is assuming all responsibility for harmful consequences for Serbs in the province, the country's constitutional order, general national interests of Serbia, its history and culture".
The officials also said that the north Kosovo municipalities and its representatives are not in conflict with their government or they are conducting a campaign against the current authorities, individuals or parties over the differences in assessment of the agreement.
The officials backed the initiative to organize a rally under the slogan "We are staying in Serbia" in Belgrade on May 10.
