The Office for Kosovo has called on the international community to look into the case and release the two wrongly arrested Serbs.

The Office for Kosovo once again warned that security of Kosovo Serbs was at risk.

According to the Office for Kosovo's release, Gnjilane municipality employees Dalibor Dordevic and Sasa Nikolic were arrested two days ago on suspicion that they were "spying on a military facility".

The Office for Kosovo has stated that Dordevic and Nikolic took a photograph of a location several hundred meters away from the army barracks while they were preparing documents for the cleaning of the riverbed and a landfill.

"We are warning that Serbs' safety is again at risk and we call on the international community to look into the case and release the wrongly arrested Serbs," reads the release.

Kosovo police said on Friday they had taken two Serbs in for questioning after they "discovered that they have been taking photos of Kosovo security forces barracks in southeastern Kosovo".
