Kosovo Serbs will not take part in implementation
Representatives of Kosovo Serbs told Serbia's Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic on Thursday that they find the Brussels agreement unacceptable and will not take part in its implementation.

In the meeting, there were no threats or talk of measures the Serbian government would take if the Kosovo Serbs boycotted the agreement, and nothing was forced on them. Ristic said Serbs from Kosovo will protest in the province and also in Belgrade, noting that the protests will not be organized by political parties.
Asked whether the Serbian delegation could have done more in the talks with Pristina, Ristic said there is no doubt Belgrade's negotiating team tried to get more.
He said, however, that negotiations should have been handled differently and the first topic should have been return of Serbs, and only later the issues which were obviously imposed.
In EU-facilitated talks in Brussels, Belgrade and Pristina reached an agreement on normalization of relations and defined the powers of the community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
"If they want to implement this agreement, they will have to do it without us," concluded Ristic.
