Grubjesic believes agreement will be reached
Serbian Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Suzana Grubjesic expressed the expectation that the Belgrade and Pristina will reach an agreement because Serbia is fully committed to the search for a lasting solution to the Kosovo issue.

As the member of the leadership of the United Regions of Serbia (URS) which is a member of the ruling coalition, Grubjesic said that from the very beginning, URS supported efforts and intention of the Serbian government to reach an acceptable solution that can be implemented in practice, adding that the ruling coalition is united in its stand on the necessity for continuation of the dialogue.
Grubjesic recalled that according to the conclusions of the EU Council, the talks on Serbia's EU accession will not be initiated unless visible and lasting progress is made in the relations with Pristina.
Visible progress has already been made because the Serbian government is implementing all the agreement reached in the technical dialogue, and it is also looking for a solution to the several decades' long problem the political dialogue, Grubjesic said and underscored that the success of the dialogue would also be the success of the EU.
