We call on Serbia to take the opportunity because we want to see that Serbia has met conditions for the start of the negotiations, he said during a visit to Zagreb, Fena news agency reported.

Reeker reiterated the State Department's stance that Wednesday's debate on international criminal courts in the UN General Assembly had turned into an unbalanced and inflammatory debate.

Reeker pointed out that the U.S. was strongly against the initiative to hold the debate, launched by UNGA Preisdent Vuk Jeremic, adding that most of the Western countries had boycotted it because they believed it was a poorly concealed attempted attack on the Hague Tribunal.
