The press: Still no official proposal from Brussels
Serbia should decide on the EU's draft agreement with Pristina on the issue of Kosovo-Metohija by Tuesday, but the Belgrade negotiating team still has not received any official paper from Brussels, Belgrade newspapers reported on Friday.

"If Serbia does not get the draft agreement with Pristina from the EU comprising concrete powers for the community of Serb municipalities, Belgrade will not bother to send a formal response to the verbal offer that was already rejected at the last round," daily Vecernje novosti reports.
The daily also claims that Serbia is requested to accept the proposal that was only partially read to Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic during the last round of the talks in Brussels, adding that Vucic is the central figure expected to cut the knot.
"Western power centers have recognized that he (Vucic), as the leader in the ruling coalition, is the lever they have to "break" in order to tip Belgrade's scales at the side of accepting the Brussels plan," the daily wrote.
"In a tense night at EU headquarters, it was Vucic who decided not to accept the offer that provides practically nothing for us," Novosti concluded.
