As the host of two-days talks between representatives of the Serbian parliament and government and MEPs in Brussels, Kacin voiced expectation that Belgrade will conclude the dialogue with Pristina successfully and thus meet the conditions for the start of talks with the EU, but cautioned that the judicial reform will be placed in the foreground after that. This is now the central issue to which the current and the future ruling coalitions should devote its energy and attention, Kacin said in a speech before the Serbian and European parliamentarians, on the second day of the inter-parliamentary dialogue. He commended the cautious approach of Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic when it comes to the efforts to eliminate the influence of politics from the judiciary and provide the support of the European Commission and the professional public in Serbia for further reforms.
