Dacic: Pristina not likely to give in
Pristina is not likely to give in during the dialogue with Belgrade as it has the support of the U.S., Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said, adding that EU officials believe that Serbia would do anything for a starting date for EU entry talks.

Although certain media, even Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, have announced in recent days that the agreement with
Pristina is very close, Prime Minister Dacic says that the talks got stuck due to Pristina's resistance to accept any proposal of Serbia in relation to this association of Serb municipalities.
There has not been and will not be any agreement until we consider what that association would be, Dacic said for the Friday issue of the Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti, adding that Serbia wants a compromise, but that it will not accept humiliation.
At the same time, Dacic denied that there had been any agreement on normalization of relations, as some media speculated.
“I am afraid we have hit a wall, but the blame does not lie with Serbia, which is completely committed to continuing the talks and finding a solution,“ Dacic said.
