Great problems in sight in talks with Pristina
Serbia's Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said on Wednesday that great problems were in sight in the talks with Prisina, that no new agreement was in view and that he, therefore, had nothing to inform the parliament about.

"Nothing new has happened, no new agreement is in sight, quite the opposite, great problems are in sight," he told reporters.
There is a deep and difficult problem, because Pristina absolutely refuses to accept anything it does not have to accept and is not forced to do it, he stressed. During the most recent round of the talks with Kosovo's Prime Minister Hasim Taci in Brussels, the only agreement reached referred to forming an association of Serb municipalities, he pointed out.
"There are no agreements because Pristina does not accept and does not want to discuss giving the association any instrument of power, elections, bodies or executive authority," Dacic said.
It is unacceptable to Serbia for the association to have no authority and only be able to publish periodicals and hold debates, he stated.
Pristina believes Serbia will accept anything just to get the start date for the EU accession talks, he noted.
"Well, we will not, because we are not doing this for the date, but to solve the problem through a compromise," he remarked, adding that a compromise is when everyone gets a little of what they do not want. "The date should be left out of it, and although it would be a good thing to get it, the EU should also realize that not getting the date is a path towards killing the dialogue," he conlcuded.
