Talks on March 4, probably to last only one day
The new round of talks between Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Kosovo Prime Minister Hasim Taci will start on Monday morning and will probably end up on the same day, Tanjug has learned at the European Commission.

The sixth dialogue round is scheduled to take place at the office EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton on March 4 and the main topic will be Serbia's institutions in northern Kosovo.
It is most likely the talks will last only a single day, said an official of the European Commission.
Dacic said earlier Thursday that the dialogue is in crisis as the Pristina side refuses to allow the community of Serb municipalities, whose establishment was agreed during the previous round of talks, to have any executive powers.
