Clinton said she is satisfied with the joint work on strengthening the partnership between Serbia and the United States, according to the Serbian government's media relations office. “It was an honour and pleasure for me to work with you during my term in office as State Secretary. Together we strengthened partnership ties between our countries. I am truly grateful for the meeting with you during my last visit to Belgrade and for having heard your opinions on how to achieve greater regional stability and prosperity. I am encouraged by the progress you have achieved in dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and I urge you to keep the positive momentum. I am convinced Serbia will continue to make great strides towards its goal, European integration, the goal which the United States supports with great enthusiasm,” reads the letter by Hillary Clinton to the Serbian prime minister. At the end of the letter, Clinton wished Dacic “a great luck and success” in all his future pursuits.
