Children from Kosovo visit MUP headquarters, Marakana

Serbian State Secretary in the Ministry of Interior Affairs (MUP) Vanja Vukic and Police Director Milorad Veljovic welcomed children from Kosovo in the MUP headquarters and told them about the activities conducted by the police.

High school juniors from the area of Kosovska Kamenica and Gnjilane visited the MUP headquarters, Academy of Criminalistic and Police Studies, the base of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit and the Belgrade Police Brigade. Their visit was organised by the Independent Trade Union of Police. Children also visited the Belgrade Zoo, Kalemegdan Fortress, Red Star Football Club Stadium Marakana and the Saint Sava Cathedral Church, the Interior Ministry released. The trip for KiM children was organised with a view to enabling the kids to forget about the hardships and difficult conditions they are growing up in and for the first time visit the country's capital and its cultural and sports attractions, the release states.
