EU accession even without Kosovo's recognition

GRAFENEGG - Head of the Institute of the Regions of Europe (IRE) Franz Schausberger said on Monday Serbia could get the start date for the EU accession talks next year and that recognition of Kosovo's independence was not a requirement.
