Vulin: Serbia's institutions will survive in KiM
Director of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo, Aleksandar Vulin stated in Zvecan on Friday that Serbia's institutions in Kosovo will survive, as well as the funds for the payment of Kosovo benefits.

Serbia will remain present in the area in its full capacity, Vulin said during a session of the four northern Kosovo municipalities and added that the Republic of Serbia will regard Kosovo as any other part of its territory.
The government will remain here in its full capacity and it will not allow the life of the local population to come into jeopardy, said Vulin who arrived in Zvecan without any previous announcements and without escort or bodyguards.
He reiterated that all that the government signed in 2011 has to be respected and told councillors that representatives of Serbs from Kosovo will be included in the future teams for the dialogue with Pristina.
He said that Belgrade cannot recognise either supervised or full independence of Kosovo and added that Serbia will not recognise any point contrary to the Constitution and Resolution 1244.
He said that Serbia will insist on census of Serbs in Kosovo so as to establish their number and the property they own, with a view to assisting them in the case of usurpation of 33.000 accommodation units that belong to Serbs.
Vulin said that he arrived in northern Kosovo across the Jarinje administrative crossing although he was denied entry on arrest threats.
"If they attempt to arrest me after I leave the hall, do not try to confront the Kosovo police," Vulin said and added that he must not allow himself to be the cause of any violent acts in Kosovo.
He said that Pristina is the side that does not want to see the dialogue continue and it has been attempting for a while now to withdraw from the talks, while Belgrade is willing to resume the dialogue.
According to him, the increasingly frequent incidents Serbs are being accused of without any investigation or any evidence constitute a reason of concern and warn that a scenario is being prepared according to which northern Kosovo would become a legitimate military goal and the scene of violence, representatives of four northern Kosovo municipalities said in the conclusions issued after the meeting.
